First round was an online call with HR. Second in-person interview with Hiring Managers - rather intimidating. A lot of questions were asked with some going beyond the line. But it was a learning moment - getting to know what it is I really want for my career - although it's not quite professional the way the interview had gone with all the grilling and asking. One of the HMs left early too. Final round - interview was set but was ghosted. Overall, not a pleasant interview process at IMDA.

The interview was for a contract role. Quite specific the interviewer just wanting to know on your work experience. Quite common interview questions like tell me more about yourself and why you left your previous company.

There was a pre-interview essay for screening, before you're invited to attend a couple of rounds of online interviews. Overall was a smooth process, not very onerous like some MNCs, and relatively fast response from the HR department.
