I did one HR online interview, and 2 rounds of case study interviews. All interviews were on a Pass/Fail basis. HR interview was typical as it had questions about motivation and choice of company. Case study interviews were very very interesting as I worked alongside a manager to solve a typical project. Interviewers were very professional, helpful and friendly.
The interview process was efficient, well structured, and transparent, with clear communication, relevant questions, respectful interactions, and timely feedback, making the overall experience professional, fair, and straightforward for candidates
Very good, fast and straight to the point.
Everything is great. Those doing the interview are working in other head offices and the headquarter so that the process is transparent.
