I was contacted by a recruiter about the role but I was not looking at the time. It sounded interesting so I went ahead and interviewed. Had a face to face with the VP of People which went well. Nice modern office which was attractive. They invited me back to meet the leadership team and key individuals I would be working with on a daily basis. Everyone was very nice and informative. They were also very honest about the glassdoor reviews which I was very skeptical about. I was asked questions about my experience and background which were very relevant to my background and the team also did a very good job of explaining who they were, what the company was about and their business model which was not easy to understand at first. Long story short, I felt really good after leaving the interview which took about 3 hours. They moved very quickly and extended an offer the next day. I accepted.
