My screening calls were with Brian Rhodes IIA's recruiter. The first call lasted around 30 minutes and the second, more then an hour. I found the process to be tedious and a bit lengthy given the scope of the position and size of the company. After sending a thank you note and leaving a few VM's in the follow weeks, Brian never responded back to a single reachout. I ended up taking a Directorate level position with another company and wouldn't have been interested in next steps with IIA due to Mr. Rhodes' lack of professional courtesy.
