MCQ test (Apti + Java Programming) + 2 Face to Face Interviews
After few weeks of conducting MCQ test, results were announced.
Shortlisted Candidates were called for a Technical Interview.
Candidates were further filtered based on their performance in the Technical for another face to face interview. Those who cleared this second interview got the job offer.

Decent Online test, four technical rounds. Each panel used to take 10 to 15 min/ candidate. Smooth one day process. Each panel is different in approaching the candidates, final is HR round, he casually approaches all.
