After passing a typing test and completing their excel practice, I spent over 50 minutes in an interview with one manager. He way overexplained the position, which I thought was a good sign, but each time I had a question or positive praise to give, he would backtrack on his original statement. It almost seemed like he wanted to turn me off to the position! Made it clear you're expected to exceed all goals, and they try to entice you with a promise of one dollar or two more per hour. Honestly, it all worked out for the best.

The actual interview process was great. He explained the job throughly, was polite, asked easy to answer questions, and at the end did offer me a position. I told him I needed to give two weeks notice at my current job but I would be happy to work afterwards. He gave me my start date and forwarded my information to HR, who sent me an email with things to fill out. I put in my two weeks notice and then the day before I was supposed to start I received an email from his co-manager that said due to low influx they could not hire me on my start date as planned and were postponing my start date by a week. I agreed to wait a week, then a day before that start date they sent me an email saying they still had low influx and would not know when they could hire me in the future. He told me they would keep me on their list but would understand if I moved forward looking for other jobs. Two months later, I still haven't received any information from them. I have been looking for other work in the meantime, but I felt it was bad practice personally to have me quit my job and then immediately rescind the offer. To add to the unprofessional nature, I did send a follow up email recently to ask if the position was still unavailable, which has been left unanswered. Don't waste your time; leave these people alone.
