Very simple and process, I went through a temp agency and got hired in a large group. It was very fast and easy. The company offers weekly pay, and good training. The hours can seem very long though

It was great they sat me down asked me a few questions then walked me through the building showed me everything there great interview I like it when a company shows you around there building and not just the office
