Given my employment background, I was not interviewed. Perhaps an oversight, however it worked out well for the both of us.

Entretien
Short and simple since they were short on staff. He asked the basics: did I have any experience, did I mind doing extra work around the store, etc.. Got hired on the spot.
The interview took place in-person and was approximately 15 minutes in length. They asked basic questions about me, and then wanted to learn more about prior experience. Be prepared to take a drug test at the time of the interview.

Entretien
He asked if I had plans for college, if I played football, and what I was doing with my life or wanted to do. He then asked me to come back a week later and It took 2 months before he hired me. I'm thinking it's because he had to wait for an opportunity to happen before he could do so.
