The initial hiring process was exhausting for the fact that it took such a long time to get hired. I came in to the store to talk to the store manager and the Starbucks manager nearly everyday, and called the store manager most days that I did not come in and it still took a month to get hired. The Starbucks manager pressed the store manager daily, yet the hiring process took longer than needed.

There were no difficult or unexpected questions issued during the hiring process or the interview. The weirdest quest was, "You know you have to shave that beard, right?"

Entretien
Sit and wait for manager. We had more of a great conversation vs being drilled with questions. (They still asked questions though) It was quick and sufficient. They let you know if you got the job on the spot. There's no wondering if you got the job. You leave knowing if you got it or not.

Entretien
There was no interview to speak of, except to make sure that I did not have financial responsibilities such as rent or dependents. I was also instructed to never discuss my pay with any other employees, ever.

Entretien
A pretty basic interview, asked about my coffee knowledge and availability. Afterwards I was hired, underwent a background check and drug test, and was put on the schedule to start training.
