Had a total of 6 interviews to first establish a good working relationships with the VPs and also with the team members. The most impressive feature of the interview process was how quickly (relatively) they move. It seems like they are aware that good people don't last long on the market and they compete to keep you engaged so they don't lose you. I accepted the offer in the time a few other local employers recruiters took to finally email me to follow up 8 WEEKS after an initial job submission.
