was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. After a call with the recruiter, I was asked for a technical phone screen. Very professional. Asked at least 20 questions. The person who interview me was very professional. The interview last over 1 hour long.

One interviewer appeared hung over to me.
They repeatedly told me how amazing the culture was but they all appeared upset and unhappy. Ghosted- No response. No "thanks anyway" message. Certainly changed how I perceive this company. I wouldn't accept an offer if they presented it. Avoid.

3 interviews - first was screening with HR, followed with Director and IT Manager, followed by VP.
HR is on point and professional. The rest really depends on the particular person / team you encounter.
