Initial phone interview with recruiter. Was then invited to interview at the main office for "Interview Day" with other candidates. Interviewed one-on-one with three different supervisors from different accounts.

Initial screening call, followed by interview with hiring manager and team members, skills assessment, final interview with leadership, reference checks, then offer decision and negotiation. Everyone was very welcoming and kind

It was very casual and the person talked a lot about the working environment and the daily tasks, which makes you more curious about working at the company. The person did not really ask much about your resume but after the person asked if you have any question about the company.
