The interview process was nothing different than the initial phone interview. They just asked about your previous work experience and anything additional about your interests. Nothing uncomfortable and very friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience.

My interview process consisted of a math assessment, phone interview, and then two in person interviews. They definitely care more about personality and fit than skill. Everyone I met at the office was super animated and friendly.

Met with the whole team in groups of 2. Interview wasn't too hard, just a lot of situational questions to gauge how you are and how you handle things. The interview was very relaxed and more of a conversation instead of an interrogation.
