Initial task to be completed within 48 hours. If passed, Interview with HR. If passed, final interview with CEO, prospective boss, and HR.
From start to finish it felt unprofessional. Following my final interview, I did not even receive a courtesy email or call from HR to tell me (I assume) that I would not be offered the role. This was true to form as I had previously had to prompt HR when I was due responses. I was asked highly unprofessional questions in the interview such as my views on contentious, historic social issues which had no relevance to the role. It seemed to me that my honest answers but safe answers were still too liberal for the interviewer which seemed to count against me. This line of questioning made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was a decidedly negative experience that I would not wish on another applicant, and despite being baffled by the lack of courtesy I am glad they never contacted me again. From the few glassdoor responses, I can see I'm not the only person who has suffered at the unprofessionalism of this company. The only saving grace is that there appeared to be an office dog.
