1st Interview - Phone interview with the Recruiter
2nd Interview - an assessment test followed by an in person interview with the Recruiter. The assessment test was largely based on logic, reasoning and cognitive ability and was not shared as part of the interview process but rather was a surprised addition.
3rd Interview - COO of the company (she has since departed). The interview was 45 minutes in duration and was largely focused on my career trajectory and taking in brief about the role and expectations
