They make you go through three interviews and the last one is the one that counts. The process was very easy in the beginning with the two interviewers they was very nice and friendly but when that white lady decides you not in hired you out of luck. I never got a courtesy email that said that I didn't get the Job! Very unprofessional and not structured well. They need to change the way they do things horrible experience!!Especially for the Miramar location. White lady is not nice. The one that does the last interview she a joke. Be careful when you apply for them. Good thing I got a job now that hired me that's paying me more than measly 17 an hour.
