Analytical assessment
Technical assessment
Basically they want to test on your team work, ability to solve a problem and leadership skills.
It consists of Three processes:
1. Analytical assessment (plus PowerPoint presentation)
2. Leaderless discussion (candidates will be given a topic to discuss and the discussion will be recorded)
3. Technical assessment (plus interview)

Its all about group play presentation analytical reasoning and competency based interview . It stretches you to the limit to gauge your competency . It is a tough one I must say just go prepared and live your dream
