Found the company on Angellist, I am a huge fan of the industry and the tech stack. So I wanted to see the possibility of joining a small startup. Had an initial interview with the CTO which was a good conversation that lasted nearly an hour. I later went on the second round, which was an interview with one of their lead engineers. I was told to hear word back soon, however, after nearly a month of waiting I was completely ghosted. I've personally reached out to the interviewers on separate occasions within the first and second week. However, as mentioned attempts to reach out were ignored, unfortunately. All in all, cool tech, but terrible communication candidates time should be valued as well.
