Had to take 2 assessments, one for English competency and another for Spanish. Then spoke to a member of the Spanish team to provide evidence of utilizing and speaking the language. Questions were fairly simple; how did you begin to learn and use Spanish, what do you wish to do in the next 5 years, how do you believe you'd be an asset to the team.
