I did a first assessment in English to see what is my level, then an interview with the HR, then a French assessment very simple to me, then a video interview that went very well. They asked me if I could work right now. I answered ok. The interviewer said she was going to send me the contract by email. Few hours later, I received an email: After careful consideration, we have decided to move forward with other candidates. We appreciate the time you invested and wish you all the best in your job search. I was so surprised that I asked them by email what had happened for them to change their minds so quickly when they had clearly asked me to start working with them as soon as possible. Of course, they never responded.
