It is 2 step process. Technical and managerial round. First round can be held for 30 to 45 min. In Second round they may ask for technical questions also along with some personal details.

For freshers, there will first be an Aptitude + Coding round. If that is cleared, there will be an interview with a Senior Engineer or Manager. The last round is HR round

Entretien
I applied online off-campus for Software Engineer Trainee role. There were 3 rounds.
1st round was written aptitude and communication test.
In 2nd(f2f) round they asked some theory questions of python programming language and given 1-2 program to code.
In 3rd(f2f) round they given some(4-5) problems and asked me to do code.
