Entretien
The recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn and was very aggressive and not very socially adept. She asked me via LI to set up interview dates, then proceeded to call me over 10 times in one day. She spoke too fast and did not allow for anything to sink in. Meeting with her manager was a normal interview and very informative. Meeting with the client was also a good interview and informative. It was just the initial recruiter who called me repeatedly over a number of days even when I would email her to tell her the times I was available.

Entretien
The job was posted on LinkedIn. 1st round was typical screening interview which took place for about 30 min. The recruiter asked me about my past work experience and profile at Innova. 2nd round happened 15 days after the first round and there was no update in between wheather we are going ahead or no. 3rd round was scheduled the next day, this was also a very generic round with questions about past experience and expectations. I received the offer letter the very next day. This was fastest closure of any interview I have appeared for.
