Three rounds with multiple team members followed by a personality test. I won't get in to the questions because they were very standard. However, the experience was unbelievable. I was truly excited about what this company does and will do in the future, and everyone I spoke with was excellent besides one woman who interviewed me in the middle session. This session would've allowed me to ask questions and gain more insight about the company and position. She asked personal (maybe illegal) personal questions and clearly hadn't read my resume because she kept interrupting me asking about the current position I hold, and kept having to correct her and tell her I don't work there currently. After asking me a question she would take each answer personally and interrupt me. She asked about my girlfriend and personal things without relevance to the position or the original question. She clearly had something against a prior company of mine. I was asked one more question and directly after that she ended the interview and told me that was all the time she had. I didn't have an opportunity to ask a single question and I basically was just being critisized the entire session. I knew after that one session that I would not be hired even though I was very much qualified for the position. I had a great discussion with the director and someone in that role currently, however, I knew it wouldn't matter after her discussion. Its a shame and I wonder if it was ethically legal, but, good luck and be prepared. The company seems great, just a shame one woman has to throw everything off.
