Initial application is filled out online. The recruiter will contact you to schedule an in-person interview. The in-person interview is with the clinical director. The recruiter will contact you again if you get an offer.

A screening call followed by an in person interview and then a tour of the ER. I was asked why I wanted to join the company and my experiences before hand.
