Initial screener call with HR. Then call with hiring manager. Behavioral interview questions during second call. Questions were a little unclear (ie describe a difficult situation with a coworker and how you handled it….them switched question to be describe a difficult situation with a patient.) Two weeks later got auto email that I hadn’t gotten the position.
