Just like any other interview. They hire anyone off the street. First interview is with a recruiter then with manager. Equipment is shipped to you and you're scheduled for training. Had to go through a 6 week training program. If you failed you were terminated. Not a lot of guidance was given through out the training. Once the program was completed you're released to your assigned lead.
