Interview process was very interesting and friendly. At first, Brittany contacted me by phone. She was very nice and friendly. She asked me 3 or 4 easy questions from php, mysql and other technologies. After that she scheduled interview with Vincent(Project Manager). The second stage of the interview process was very interesting as well. Both of them were super cool and friendly. The process itself looked like "Jeopardy" game :) there were categories and questions. Vincent noted all answers given by me. I didn't realized that already 2 hours passed after beginning of the interview. At next step, Brittany wrote me about the 3rd stage of interview directly with Baptiste(founder). He was nice and friendly as well as Brittany and Vincent were. Asked me general question about education, my expectations and other personal questions. In summary, from interview process I comprehend that Inovia is growing, ambitious company with great team, where all team members are like small family.
