Phone interview with HR, then an onsite interview with 2 employees a week later. The phone interview was definitely more intense. When I went to the office for the 1-on-1 interview, it was very informal. The two employees were more interested in talking about themselves and joking around. Any prep work I did for potential questions they might ask was thrown out the door. I didn't get to talk much about my own experience and how I could be an asset. It was quite strange, actually. Oh, and they never called me to tell me they offered the position to another candidate. They had given me a deadline date and everything. I figured it out via LinkedIn.... unfortunately a waste of PTO at my current job to go through this experience.
