The first interview was on the phone and the questions asked were very basic and easy to answer. I then had a second follow up interview at their office space and we discussed the overall position.

There are three rounds to the interview process, and they're each supposed to happen on different days, but if they really want you it can happen in two days. Each round is a 1-on-1 interview with very standard interview questions you get from every interview. The first round is for them to get to know you, the second is where they ask you the most questions to see if you'll be a good fit, and if you get to the third round you essentially got the job. They will want you to start as soon as possible, but if you need more time they will understand.
