The only interview is when you fill out the online application about your criminal and driving history. There isn't a phone interview and there isn't an in person interview. A background check is done, and for me I had to be on the wait list for at least 4 to 6 months before a spit opened up for me. So that was a huge downside.

Entretien
You have to apply online with your phone first, then you will be given a tutorial link. This is the first step of the process. You must complete the tutorial and then wait for an in-person session. You will receive alert emails informing you of an available date and time, which you would have to pick one that's best for you. This process could either be very quick or take a while, because you have to be fast in order to get yourself a session. During the in-person session, they will ask you to go around the store and take pictures of items from a list you are given, and you will be timed. You HAVE to pass that part first to go on to the next step, which would be the questions portions of the interview.

What is the difference between being vegan and being vegetarian?
The interview process was pretty easy. You'll be asked a few questions, and you'll be timed while looking for an item in the grocery store. Easy process all and all.

Entretien
One nice thing is there’s no interview. You will have a background check, you’ll need to provide your drivers license information and picture. You’ll also be prompted periodically to submit a picture of yourself, which must match your DL picture. These requests come randomly and you must use their software to submit your picture. You will not be able to do another order until you submit your photo.
