Poor communication from resume submission all the way up to the second you're in the interview room, FOLLOW UP and get contact info via LinkedIn or a Google search. Interview is very casual and relaxed, dress code is business casual (if not just plain casual)

Where do you see yourself in this company in 5 years? Difficult to answer because for some departments, the promotion pathway isn't clear, or is very tough if you're not related to someone/friends with management
