It's a long process; you send your CV and cover letter, and if approved, the following step is a technical case that you can solve and send in 3 days.
If the case was solved up to the standard, you will get an email to schedule an interview with three aspects. First, your background and more personable questions, technical questions (solve a problem), and behavioral interview questions. After that, they will ask for professional references to run a background check, and you will get an offer.
