J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Instructure en sept. 2013
Entretien
Began with a phone interview with recruiter. Asked why I was interested, what my expectations were, all that... He then scheduled an interview on-site with the hiring manager.
On-site interview was very laid back. Simple questions about my resume and hypothetical situations about dealing with clients/leads. He then went through the negatives of the job ("we are basically glorified filters for the salesmen") and asked if I would be okay with that.
One interesting point: I asked for him to describe the culture there. He said if the culture had a personality it would be that of an entitled punk teenager. (I would agree after being there 30 minutes.)
After 30 - 45 minutes, he brought in the rest of the team to ask me questions. Really ad-hoc questions to get a feel for personality and work habits.

Question 1
There weren't any difficult questions. The position was pretty entry level. Nothing out of the ordinary here.

The interview process was relatively easy. I was emailed to schedule an over the phone screening, which happened a week later. At the end of the phone interview, we scheduled a time for me to go into the company and have an in-person interview. I had my in-person interview a few days later with the hiring manager, team lead, and trainer. They said the in-person interview would last an hour but, it only took about 45 minutes. After the interview, I heard back (with no offer) a week later.

The interview process was straight forward and fun. I had the Team lead, Department head and then the Director of the Department there. They asked a ton of questions. Interview went about an hour and I definitely feel like I talked a lot. Overall, communicating culture and making an effort to connect was important.

Pretty basic process. Had an initial phone interview. Was then asked to go for an on site interview. Mostly asked questions about previous experience and situational questions. After that I had another phone interview with another team member whom I would be working with. They also ask questions to see if you would fit the culture of the team and company.
