It was not very structured maybe because they were start up company a few years ago. Asked for feedback after interview several times both by phone and e-mail, but had no response. Received auto notification for letting me know that they decided to go forward with other candidate (which usually receive before interview) but eventually got a call that they wanted to talk more. (Next interview) The message was on VM and I had other opportunities so didn't call back but got a feeling things were disorganized. Company itself - full of energy and creative, talented people. So overall ... maybe ok.
