J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Instructure (Chicago, IL) en juin 2019
Entretien
My situation was unique as I came through as a referral and bypassed a recruiter so my first step was an initial screening meeting with the hiring manager. That meeting was very casual but involved questions surrounding my background and experience at my then current company as well as previous employers. I then presented a 45 minute sales pitch of what I was selling at my then current company to the hiring manager virtually with them providing me feedback for the last 15 minutes. After that, I had a follow up call with the hiring manager and a few days later, received an offer to start the next month.

Question 1
What's your sales methodology? Typical sales cycle (time from start to close)? Typical deal size? Typical audience in meetings and role of individuals I was selling to?
Overall very similar to other AE Ed tech role. Interview had initial screening, then with the hiring manager, and then with their VP of sales. Everyone was very friendly and were clear about their hiring goals.

J'ai passé un entretien chez Instructure (Salt Lake City, UT)
Entretien
The process included several interviews: phone screen, 1:1, panel interview on Teams. I enjoyed the interviews and thought they went well. After each one, I was told I would receive the next instructions, which I did until I didn't. After several follow-up emails...nothing. completely ghosted. Not at all the experience I would expect from Instructure.
