Employee referral, submitted my resume online - siting the employee who referred me. Was contacted within a few weeks for a phone interview, then an in person interview a few days later, then a final interview a few days after that. Offer was given same day of final interview. In person interview was with a group of management for the position, who asked me about my previous experience and why I was a good fit for the position. Also asked if I had any questions at the end - this is an important one to really be able to interview them to not only show your knowledge of the company/position but also you need to see if it's a good fit for you from your perspective.

Four rounds of interviews. The first is an interview with the hiring manager. The second is a technical exercise where they tell you that they give you a week to solve it (but then they give you two days). A third one with questions about the exercise. The fourth would be an interview with a SE, which is sometimes merged with the third interview. No feedback received from them after a month. Plus, they forgot to attend a call they proposed but never replied to the confirmation email
