First was a 45min long prerecorded video interview, followed by a walk in one-on-one second stage interview in their office right here in my city. Was given a task to send an email to a customer in distress. took about 1 month processing.

Generic Video interview, followed by a video interview with two managers. One manager for the department and the other as an intact representative. Will ask generic STAR questions and behavioral questions
