The RSA assessment centre consists of an introduction to RSA, a structured presentation, a detailed case study analysis, and strength or behaviour-based interviews, testing commercial awareness, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Assessment centre, where you had to deliver a presentation on a topic that was pre prepared, a group task and a 50 minute individual interview. There was also a online skills based assessment that needed to be completed prior to the interview.
