I originally applied for a different position but a Talent Acquisition specialist CALLED ME and told me I would be better utilized in the Client Success Analyst role. I let them know I was looking for something like that but there was not any listings for the position open when I applied. We talked about my skills and background and they told me that there should be some open soon. A few days later, after I had reached out to follow up with them, the position opened so I applied using them as a referral. Then I received an automated rejection email.

It was great, like 1 or 2 behavioral questions then the rest were primarily about my background, experience, what i want out of life and so on. I would say just have a basic understanding of what private equity and investment banks are and you should be fine. Also helps if you have some sort of technical background.
