Entretien
Initial 30 minute call with a member of the internal recruitment team to verify my suitability for the role. I then had a 45 minute interview with a manager in team, then another 45 minute interview with another manager and team member followed by a final 45 minute interview with someone at director level. Initial communication was fantastic and the process started very smoothly however, Intapp could improve their communication regarding interview process/timelines/next steps, since the final interview it feels like I have been ghosted. If I have not been successful it would be nice to at least receive an email to notify me of this so I can turn my attention elsewhere. Overall seems like a good company to work for and the people I interacted with were friendly.

Long interview process with minimal communication from recruiter. Passed all interview rounds except last one. Took weeks to hear back after each round. Did find the employees enjoyable to talk to. Seemed like they enjoyed the work they did.

If you were a fish, what kind of fish would you be.
Interview with the recruiter was very laid back and conversational. I was told to provide days and time the same week for the next round with hiring manager. Then nothing! Ghosted me after multiple emails. Can't even give feedback or reply to an email saying I was not selected to go to the next round. Something is better than nothing!

Pretty straightforward, nothing was out of order. Very conversational with general questions around project control, budget management, and overall team engagement. Overall pretty laid back and can carry on a good conversation around all of the topics.
