interview question papers are very old dated back to 2006 and they do not change it. first round will be written test then 2 round will be F2F with team member 3 round will be F2F with team head 4th round will be with CEO 5th round will be with HR

1. They will conduct Online exam with basic java questions. 2. Selected students will be giving interview with basics of java with some logical question. 3. Those who are selected in second round will be giving Technical Interview to test their coding ability. 4. Finally selected students will be giving HR round

Entretien
I have completed 3 rounds of interview in Integra and 2 round of interview in Client Company also. HR asked me to join on Monday without sending even an offer letter.
HR told that HR discussion and joining are on the same day and advised to take all my certificates. When HR interview is started, HR manager asked to submit certificate and it will be there under their custody for next one year without any mail intimation before. Actually they were trying to lock me without giving time to think. I asked to send mail with the policy details, I waited for a whole day, but never did that. If it is company policy, why they are hesitate to intimate the same in mail, why they are intimate before joining.
They informed me at the time of joining. They need the certificate on the same time also. Is there any one faced same issue before?
