very open phone conversation with a headhunter first who tried to get a feeling as to what I was looking for, the professional interviews:
with a hiring manager at first,
then with a team lead and
then the final step presenting a case study

The interview process was mainly focused on clients I was working on rather than my skills and expertise I can bring to the company. As I had a few calls with the recruiter it transpired that they never even had a role available at that moment and were only thinking of opening up one that could be suitable in the future months.

What clients are you working on and who are the people you’re usually speaking to.
Initial call with recruiter to discuss company fit. Afterwards, there's a call with the head of the department, aligning your experience and capability with what is expected from the role. Finally, one in-person presentation to a panel focusing on a case study.

Entretien
They recruited me for an interview. We set a time and the recruiter never showed up, didn't call, didn't email before or after despite me following up during our scheduled time. So unprofessional.
