Interview was amicable and appreciative. A simple screening process to ensure the candidates with the best skills are selected. A week long training with tests. A final test is conducted including on the topics covered and typing speed test. Afterwards, a 3 month training on the company's websites and software usage alongside computing and processing large sets of data.

A few questions regarding level of study, current employment status, work time availability, and time they can commit to the organization. They ask whether or not you are okay with training for 10 days before starting the job as well.
