An initial 30 minute phone screen. I was then given a small software project to complete. After submission I was given another interview with other team members who asked both technical and non technical questions.

I applied for a Dev position at Formstack and received a prompt email from their HR department a couple days later. I scheduled an interview and the HR woman that I talked to was very friendly. She said that I was perfect for the position and that the salary range was higher than I had expected. I was excited. She assigned a project that I had 5 days to complete and I built an entire application that integrated with Formstack's REST API. For 3 weeks, they failed to reach out to me. I sent a follow-up email and she sent me a quiz that I completed and submitted. Another week passed, so I followed up and she informed me that I was not chosen for the role. What a waste of time!

By far one of the most professional and consistent interview processes I've been through. It started with an initial phone screen, then I had a week to finish a take home project, then an interview with the engineering manager, and finally a group interview with a couple different groups of people. All in all, the process took about 4 or 5 weeks.
At the end they give you a chance to assess any red flags that they might have seen and ask about any red flags that you have noticed about the company or its interview process. This seemed extremely fair and was something I have never seen done anywhere else.
