3 rounds of lengthy interviews including a case study. 1st interviewer knew what he was talking about and cleared me for the next round. The case study was very labour intensive. Wonder how they expect anyone to spend a good time outside their schedules without pay. Once I responded with my results, which I mentioned ould be improved, I was asked to keep on working on it, though the purpose of testing my understanding was met. Clearly, whoever is judging doesn't have the slightest idea about anything. Could have been more streamlined and concepts based. 3rd interviewer was quite short on time and had too poor communications skills, if his concepts were even right. I guess he wanted to show-off his half-baked ideas of the projects I'd worked on.
