You have to fill a form and write a test. Make sure you first apply for a full-time position. They don't like part-timers. After being full-time you can become a floater, and choose your schedule.

Scheduled 2 interviews 7/21 and 7/22, was ghosted for both. No number to contact anyone and my emails are left without a response. This is not the time nor climate to play with someone’s time. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate

Easy, there wasn’t an interview. I went in to do onboarding and was sent to do drug testing the same day. after that i received my start date and orientation date
