Pretty much hired on the spot as long as paperwork checks out. they didn't really ask me anything. Made sure credentials were valid and up to date, and the rest was filling out the actual job paperwork.

Very informal, unorganized. I had to go back several times to sign and fill out paperwork that they forgot to have me fill out the first time. I'm not sure that the communication between corporate, HR and the people conducting the interviews communicate with each other. The interview was mainly them going over my resume to make sure the boxes were checked off their list.

Entretien
A fairly easy interview. It was a one on one interview asking you questions about your resume, past security work, education, why you would be a good fit, describe yourself, ect. Sometimes they will offer you a position on the spot if you meet all their qualifications.
