The experience was pleasent, and with intrviewer that is willing to share as much information as they can. Process was clear and fast. Everything was explained well, and what we've agreed is fulfilled later.

First interview was with talent manager, who explained the client project organisation, goals and also personal wishes in terms of technology used. Second interview was a technical one together with CTO of company and its main focus was on way of thinking and knowledge about various Java based technologies. After that, I received a coding challenge what was neither easy or hard it's idea was just to present coding skills. Final step was interview in person together with CEO, CTO and talent manager and focus was on soft skills and discussing about some management situations.
