I contacted a recruiter directly and the process was quick. The recruiter set up a phone interview with the area manager, who contacted me within a day or two. I had an interview with the area manager, but it wasn't really an interview, because he didn't ask me any questions. He essentially talked about the facility and its benefits. This company is quick to hire. They didn't take the time to interview me to figure out if I was right for the position. I would be cautious of any company that doesn't interview its candidates.
