Entretien
I only did the first round of interviews, but the quick 30 minute call gave me a better understanding of the role and organization than the job description did. It was fairly straightforward and pleasant as far as interviews go.

Entretien
The initial interview was about 30 minutes. If you made a follow up interview, there was an assignment and then a much longer interview with a panel. I think they are really looking. someone who is going to fit their organization. Thankfully, the process showed me that I wasn't a good fit, but I still greatly believe in their mission.

My interviewer took the time to get to know me, explain the role in-depth, and asked specific questions related to the role that dealt with program development and experience with e-learning.
